1. Acceptance
By creating a Zentru Lite account or paying for Lite access, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Zentru Lite is — and isn't
Zentru Lite provides estate-planning templates, organisational tools, and educational explainers. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and the explainer copy inside the product is informational only. Always have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review documents before they are used in any legally binding context.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. Tell us at security@zentru.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not store sensitive credentials (SSNs, seed phrases, passwords, full bank numbers) — the system rejects them.
- Do not impersonate another person in document fields.
- Do not use the service to plan or execute anything illegal.
- Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the platform.
5. The Lite license
Lite is a one-time purchase for $200 USD (plus tax where applicable). It unlocks the full template library and PDF export for your account, indefinitely, on the terms in force when you purchased. Lite is non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. If we materially reduce Lite's scope, you may request a refund within 60 days of that change.
6. Tax
Sales tax / VAT / GST is calculated and collected at checkout via our payments provider, who acts as merchant of record in supported jurisdictions and remits the tax on your behalf.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you create. You grant us only the license needed to host, render, and back up your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your documents to train models or share them with third parties.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion we remove your documents and attachments per the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in the service is legal, tax, or financial advice.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
12. Changes
Material changes will be announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
