Our commitment
Zentru Lite is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Estate planning is too important to gate behind inaccessible tooling.
Conformance target
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are partially conformant today — some areas of the product (notably the scenario visualizer) do not yet fully meet AA. We are working to close those gaps.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Form fields have associated labels; tooltips are reachable from the keyboard via the “?” trigger.
- Colour contrast meets WCAG AA across the default theme.
- Screen-reader-friendly headings and landmark regions on every page.
- No motion-triggered content. Where animation appears, it respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - PDF exports use real text (not images) so screen readers can read them.
Known limitations
- The scenario visualizer is mouse-first; a keyboard-equivalent view is in development.
- Some chart components do not yet expose data tables for screen readers.
- Drag-and-drop interactions in the asset inventory require a mouse; a button-based fallback is on the roadmap.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email accessibility@zentru.app with a description of the problem, the page URL, and your assistive technology and browser if known. We respond within 5 business days.
Compatibility
Zentru Lite is tested with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).
Formal complaint
If we don't resolve your issue, you can escalate to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction (e.g. the U.S. Department of Justice ADA enforcement, the EU's national accessibility ombuds bodies).
